Digital Songs and Downloads

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or where DBW Group LLC confirms a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or technical issue that cannot be resolved.

Custom Music and Production Services

Custom work, composition, production, licensing preparation, and consulting services are project-based. Refund eligibility depends on the written agreement, project stage, delivered work, and any non-refundable deposit terms.

Merchandise

Merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange if it is unused, in original condition, and reported within 14 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, final-sale, or damaged-by-customer items may not be eligible.
